Overwhelming Evidence follows the three travelers from the anticipation of departure through the long and increasingly peculiar distance between worlds: launch, transit, isolation, dimensional disturbances, and eventually the first sight of Earth through the glass.
Arrival introduces a different set of problems.
The later recordings concern their time on Earth—observation, sampling, experiments involving the local population, and several procedures whose scientific value remains disputed. Eventually, having accumulated more evidence than clarification, the three begin the journey home.
